Dosage & Usage Information
For first time Oxy-Powder® users, we recommend starting initially with Dr. Group's 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse . The exact number of capsules necessary will vary depending on your weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels. After the initial cleanse, continue with a maintenance dose to keep your intestinal tract clean and to deliver oxygen into your system. While taking Oxy-Powder®, drink plenty of purified water and try to practice a healthy diet.
The 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse
Start by taking 4 capsules in the evening on an empty stomach with a full 8 oz. glass of purified water. If you do not achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your dosage by 2 capsules every night until you achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day. Once you find your dosage, this is Day 1 of the 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse. You will stay on this dosage for seven consecutive days. After the 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse is completed, take the maintenance dose as needed.
Maintenance
Use the same dosage you used for your 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse 2 or 3 times a week or as needed. This can be taken indefinitely without it becoming habit forming or harmful to your body. Plus, regularly taking a maintenance dose of Oxy-Powder® helps supply your entire body with beneficial oxygen.
Suggestions
We suggest drinking plenty of pure water. This is not only healthy for the body but will aid the body in eliminating toxins from the bowel at a faster rate. Oxy-Powder® works with your own body’s HCl (stomach acid). If your level of HCl is below normal, this may hinder the effectiveness of the Oxy-Powder®. We suggest squeezing juice from an organic lemon wedge into the 8 oz. glass of purified water when you take Oxy-Powder® in the evening.

This product causes watery and gaseous stools that could cause you to feel the urge to pass gas. If you are not able to control your bowels, please be careful when using this product. Oxy-Powder® will cause watery, gaseous stools. This is very different than diarrhea , which is usually caused by a viral infection. It’s the byproduct of oxidation. Remember, solids are being turned into liquids and gas. To promote the cleansing process, we advise drinking half of your body weight in ounces of purified water daily while taking Oxy-Powder®. †
