I found this protocol and I found to be very interesting.

This is for informational purposes only.


Magnesium 2-AEP or Calcium/Magnesium/Vitmain K 2-AEP: take 3, 500mg capsules, 3 times per day for a total of 9 capsules per day.
Potassium/Magnesium Aspartate: take 1, 500mg tablet, 3 times per day for a total 3 tablets per day.


This protocol comes from the Paraclesus Hospital in Lake Silbersee,Germany.
