i have been diagnosed with bi-polar. over the last few years, i've lost everything. wife, job, money, family and friends. it happened slowly, but it came to a head 2 months ago with a botched suicide attempt.

i have become a pharmacuetical pintata. over the last few years i have taken tegratol, lamictil, depakote, serazone, zoloft, effexor, geodad, provigil, prozac and more. i have epilepsy and an early diagnosis of ms as well.

i've also taken a number of things that were not prescribed.

with all of this, last year i still managed to compete in the ironman triathlon and run a marathon. now it's all starting to slip.

i am looking for new ideas, new thoughts and alternative approaches. i have gradually stopped taking all meds, except my seizure meds.

i want my body clean, of all drugs except the minimum. diet, lots of exercicse.

if anyone has any information, i would appreciate it. any books, websites, personal experience, etc., i would greatly appreciate it.

thank you.

Hi Zayla

I would suggest Dr. Group's E-book, Transforming your Health in 90 Days or Less. Doing a digestive tract cleanse and then getting on a healthy diet (not a fad diet) will help tremendously.

I have heard several natural doctors say that when the body is completely healthy then depression, emotional problem can diminish greatly.

I know that when I am at my healthiest my emotions and stress factors stay in check.

Hope this helps.
