Hi, Today is the day I am going to quit smoking cigarettes (1-2 packs per day), stop drinking soda, stop eating junk food, exercise regularly, and incoroporate as much organic food into my diet as possible. I just ordered the oxypowder from the official oxypowder site as well as a hulda clark zapper from elixa.com Can anyone tell me what to expect while using a zapper in conjunction with oxypowder and Paratrex™. I know that i've got some crap clogging my colon cause my bowel movements are becoming more irregular, and i'm sure i have parasites from five years of smoking. Should I expect to see little worms crawling out of my arm or wake up at 2 am with a tapeworm crawling out of my nose? I sure hope not. I'm a 22/male and i have no desire to live this unhealthy life i've been living. I have suffered from depression and borderline suicidal tendencies for a while and have finally pulled myself together enough (after being unfairly fired from a good paying job yesterday) to get on the road to physical and mental recovery. i know it wont be easy, but i think that in a month, i'll look and feel ten times better. Does anyone have any helpful advice for me regarding colon cleansing and zapping? these are the two things i'm gonna start with. btw: my depression is by no means clinical or caused by foods. i know a lot of you might think so, but i know that its caused by other things. things that most people would get depressed over. anyways, any help u can all give me would be appreciated.

Hello, Changing! I am surprised that no one replied to your post. I can't give you any advice on zapping or anything else as I'm new to these things also, but I was just wondering how you are doing. Just wanted to know that others have changed their lives for the better, and so can you. Hope to hear from you on this forum.
