Ceased oil production

Dear Doctors,


7 months ago I vigoursly scurbbed my inner cheeks with a microdermabraison soap. The result was that my oil glands developed tiny little flesh colored bumps all along them. Although I've been told they are whiteheads, I beg to differ. My pores no lomnger excrete oil onto my face, causing my plump cheeks to shrink and flatten onto my face.

I've tried the salicylic acids, but they just shrunk my cheeks anymore(dried). Has anyone ever come across a case like this or know of it?
