I just finished a colon cleanse and I want to continue with other cleanse's like liver, kidney, parasite, candida etc.
Is there an order that these should all be completed? Does it really matter if you don't follow a certain order?
question 2
Whats the main difference between a full-body cleanse and cleansing one area at a time? |

There are different recommendations regarding the exact order of the cleanses. Most tend to agree that the bowel is the place to begin since this is the primary route for the elimination of toxins. I prefer to do the liver/gallbladder flush next so that the liver is more capable of processing the endotoxins that may be generated from parasitic die-off. Some practitioners recommend the parasite cleanse prior to the liver flush in order to kill any parasites that may be residing in the liver or bile ducts. In reality, many people have used both methods successfully. From this point, you can continue on and perform a parasite cleanse, which tend to take quite a bit longer than the other two. Any other cleanses can be performed after this; I would address issues first that seem most relevant to your particular situation. For example, if you commonly experience symptoms that suggest candida overgrowth, then this is probably the best issue to address next.
The answer to the second cleanse depends on which source you ask. Some may respond that a full body-cleanse addresses numerous areas at one time or that it cleans an element such as the blood. Cleansing one are obviously would refer to a cleanse that it restricted to only the colon or liver, for example. I don’t know that these distinctions are as valid as they would appear. Targeting a specific organ system can potentially have an effect on the rest of the body. For instance, if you clean your colon, this can potentially affect nutrient absorption, yeast overgrowth, the immune system, digestion, skin health, and nearly every other aspect of health. I would probably say that the main difference is whether you are specifically intending to target only one system only or several at a time. |
