can someone cure themselves compleatly from this with a natural diet? Have you heard of anyone?

Yes, I have seen people cure themselves by implementing diet, weight-loss, supplementation, stress reduction and exercise. The ones who have success approach it from a whole-body philosophy. I think this is the "secret".

In the long run, I do think that diet is extremely important. My experience, anyway.

Don't go for drugs for curing any deseases. Yes, i would run even just to see the word of FDA.
Go for organic curing method, read my other post if you are interested.
However, I can tell you that by maintaining an organic lifestyle keep yourself healthy and look younger.
Just organic fruits and vegetable juice can make your life a different.
