Use an egg white, beat it up with a fork until frosting, lay on a face cloth, apply face cloth on the swollen area, cover with saran wrap past the cloth, tape any area of the saran wrap, cover with a piece of clothing and leav on all night and apply heat.

Wash the next morning and your swelling should be down and so is the pain gone.
