i've read where you can get a candida infection in your throat. if that is right can it go into your sinuses? i'm about to start the complete cleansing system and i'm wondering if there is anything else i can do with the cleanse to get rid of any throat and sinus candida or is the cleansing system gonna take care of that? can you spread a candida infection of the throat and sinuses to people you are around like other germs? i am currently taking a centrum chewable, super b complex and a b 6 vitamin. the super b complex says yeast and liver base. should i stop taking any of these vitamins during the cleanse?
thanks for your help would really like a response |

According to a study reported by researchers at the Mayo Clinic in 1999, “Fungus causes most chronic sinusitis.” People often find that courses of antibiotics and pharmaceutical nasal sprays fail to resolve persistent sinus infections. In these cases, it is very likely that yeast is playing a part, especially if you are exhibiting other signs that may indicate its overgrowth in the body.
The complete cleanse is an excellent place to start since systemic overgrowth begins in the colon and can cause a high degree of toxicity throughout the rest of the body. Other supplements that can be very beneficial for support include Organic Oil of Oregano, Silver Fuzion, and Latero-Flora. These should of course be in addition to an anti-candida diet and at least ˝ your body weight in ounces of purified or distilled water per day. In addition, a nasal irrigator or Neti pot is a direct way to cleanse the sinuses directly and may help in cases of nasal congestion or infection. Although I have not used it personally, the NasoPure brand appears to be a good option to achieve sufficient pressure to clean out the nasal sinus. Other natural options for nasal spray include grapefruit seed extract and colloidal silver. You may also want to consider an air purifier, www.ghchealth.com/air-purification, in order to reduce indoor pollution and other mold spores that may be present in your environment.
Regarding the vitamins, some practitioners caution against anything yeast-derived in your diet. However, a B vitamin is probably the least of your concerns in this area. I would suggest changing your multiple vitamin to one that is derived from natural sources and does not contain all of the fillers and coatings that many of the larger commercial brands have. A whole-food based multi is best: IntraMax is my personal choice. |
