Hi, I'm a new memeber but have been following this site for a few months now. I have a few questions, all relating to the one proglem I have. I have not had good answers from any doctor, gastroenterologist, Internal Medicine doctors or even standard md's. So maybe you guys could help me.

I have had serious colon/intestinal trouble since I was little. I grew up on a VERY poor diet, well on my way to obesity, thankfully I had caught myself at age 12 (now 23 yrs old). My problem is I always feel clogged, ful, bloated, upset, queezy, nauseous and gernally uncomfortable in my lower stomach area and stomach.

I stopped drinking milk, in any form. I drink only soy milk, eat organic Kashi cereals, chicken(steamed) and a lot of veggies, fruits sparingly, or minimally because the sugar upsets me. I dont eat bread, no gluten. Gluten free noodles (brown nice noodles) and fish. I dont very much at all, I lowerd my intake because my will to eat has severely diminished. I am still healthy, I cook meals regularly, but I take in small portions throughout the day. I dont eat ANY junk food, t just doesnt taste good. I need to know why my lower abs, gut sticks out all of the time? Like I have a beer belly or something. I exercise, some people consider me under weight, I always hear "you need to eat" I am 5'5, 130 lbs, with a gut. I have had colonics, it helped shrink my tummy a little bit, but then the funds ran out ($54.00 a pop) isnt very cheap when getting them twice a week, not to mention the hour and a 1/2 commute one way to the nearest clinic.

Why are my intestines swollen/bloated? Are they even bloated? What is causing this problem, it isnt gas, I have taken stuff for that, I know it isnt all gas causing bloating, I really dont even know what it is. I know I have impaction, but my diet or just even way of eating isnt helping. I am in between jobs with a moderate amount of debt while still in school and hope soon I can try this product. My questions though are really important, I have been trying to figure out why this is so and what is causing it since I was 13....

Will oxy powder shrink my stomach? Are my intestines and/or organs inflamed and protruding it? when I flex my stomach, I can see me 6 pack, my stomach is flat, when I release I have a gut. I dont get it, exercise, low food intake ( but enough) and general good health arent enough?

I have been through the gastro's and everyone, they put me on miralax, it increases my frequency from once or twice a week to once every other day but still, no real sign of anything.

When I lie down at night and right above my hip bones are the two tubes on both sides of my stomach, that when I feel or push on, feel like hoses, hard and they give me the feeling like I have to have a Bowl Movement, they dont make me have one, just the feelings like I need too, untill I stop pushing. are these my intestinal walls, they are hard, that is impaction right?

Someone please tell me what is gong on, why it's going on and if this product would benefit or even take care f this problem

I have been struggling for 11 years now. Everyone else I am around have 6 packs, eat pizza and drink beer and here I am mr. healthy, with amazing self-control and a gut, from what?

When you are doing so many things right, it can certainly be very discouraging not to achieve the results that you desire. There are a few possibilities including food allergies, fungal overgrowth, parasites, poor digestion due to lack of enzymes, poor liver function, or possibly some other factor. I noted that you mention that you eat a gluten-free diet and that you regularly eat Kashi cereals. Many, if not most, of their products contain wheat or other gluten-containing grains. If you are trying to rule out the possibility of Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, I would make sure that you are taking this into consideration.

Probably the best way to begin is to perform a colon cleanse with Oxy-Powder, www.ghchealth.com/7day-intestinal-cleanse.html; followed by 3 back-to-back Liver and Gallbladder cleanses, www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html; and a Harmful Organism cleanse, www.ghchealth.com/harmful-organism-cleanse.html. This will begin to clean out the digestive tract of any type of impacted material. Of course, in a more dramatic case such as yours, you may want to continue taking the Oxy-Powder in a maintenance dosage every other day for as long as you would like. The liver/gallbladder flush will help to clear stones and toxins from the liver and may help to improve bile flow and digestion, especially of fats. Performing at least three of these at intervals of 5-10 days can often yield much better results than just one cleanse. The Harmful Organism cleanse is designed to aid in the expulsion of parasitic organisms, sometimes a hidden cause of digestive and other health problems.

In addition to the cleansing, I would also suggest trying an enzyme supplement such as Zymitol and a probiotic, Latero-Flora. Enzymes are required to break down the fats, proteins, and carbohydrates that we consume. The body produces these and they are naturally-occurring in all live plant foods, but there are many factors, including genetic, that can lead to a lack of enzymes and poor digestion. Latero-Flora and other probiotics are actually good bacteria that should reside in the gut and contribute greatly to digestive health and keeping harmful bacteria and yeast in check. Naturally fermented foods such as homemade yogurt, sauerkraut, Kim Chi, and other pickled foods also contain beneficial bacteria to help maintain a positive balance in the intestines. Please be aware that many commercial versions of these foods are less potent than the homemade versions and often have many additives.
