| Lack of energy and extreme tiredness can be a symptom of many different conditions. There are several steps that you can take immediately; I would also recommend visiting with a natural doctor such as a chiropractor or naturopath that can perform a complete evaluation to determine the cause and a plan of action for you. I suggest a complete colon cleanse, liver/gallbladder flush, and a parasite cleanse. The full details are discussed at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. This can help to reduce the overall toxic burden of the body and create an internal environment that promotes health and energy. These cleanses are the cornerstone of a healthier and more energetic body. In addition, I would suggest a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral such as Intramax to cover all of the nutritional bases and provide a sufficient amount of the energy-boosting B-vitamins. A quality green supplement like Quantum Greens or E-3 Live can also provide many valuable nutrients and add in detoxification of the body. A sublingual form of B-12, unique B-12, is also an important energy-building supplement. |
