Lifewave Rest Quiet patch has absolutely changed my life!

While the Lifewave Energy patch has enhanced my daily life, the Rest Quiet patch has absolutely changed my life! As a life long insomniac, a good night sleep has always been out of my reach. I have tried any and everything I could find to help me sleep. But instead, I just spent many nights lying awake counting sheep. For the last 5+ years, I’ve taken sleeping pills nightly in hopes of falling asleep. While the pills generally aided in getting to sleep, they did not always help me sleep through the night. In fact, at least twice a week I would fall asleep for a few hours, then be awake from about 2am. – 5 am, then fall back asleep. Nighttime was often a very scary and anxious time for me.

To make matters worse, I also woke up every morning with a “sleeping pill hangover” – that drugged feeling that made it very hard to start my day. So I would have a red bull as soon as my eyes opened.

Since I applied the first Rest Quiet patch on 6/26/05, I have had restful, peaceful sleep every night, ALL NIGHT! No more being up in the middle of the night. No more pills or red bull for me.
