I found this protocol and I thought it was very informative.


This protocol is for informational purposes only.

Lithium Orotate: take 3-5, 120mg tablets per day.
Note: 4.6mg og "elemental" lithium is transported in one 120 mg Lithium Orotate is relatively equal to the lithium supplied by 100mg of Lithium Carbonate, yet Lithium Orotate does not have the usual side effects of Lithium Carbonate thus blood serum levels does not need to be monitored in that the Lithium Orotate is non-toxic. An effective does of Lithium Orotate ranges between 1 and 5 tablets per day.


This protocol is from the Paracelsus Hospital in Lake Silbersee,Germany.
