I found this protocol and I thought it was very informative.
This protocol is for informational purposes only.
Calcium 2-AEP: take 6, 500mg capsules per day.
Calcium Orotate: take 3, 500mg tablets per day.
This protocol is from the Paracelsus Hospital in Lake Silbersee,Germany.

I would be interested to find out if there a website that I can go to, in order to get some more info on that protocol (calcium 2-AEP and calcium orotate).

The protocol you wrote about is very effective from what I have heard. www.ghchealth.com can get the products for you and has the calcium orotate in stock. We are not aware of a website currently that has all of the information on the specific protocol you request.

Hi,
I did go on the ghchealth.com site and read about Dr. Hans Nieper and his research on Calcium Orotate. It was very informative but I did not know what the other ingredient were, like duratex, Avicel, Ac-Di-Sol, and Compritol. I would like to know which is the best thing to do.
Regards,

Unfortunately the product does contain ingredients which we DO NOT APPROVE of. We have contacted the company repeatedly and asked them to take those ingredients out. They have refused. Those ingredients are tablet binders, glues etc.. We are in the process of procuring a vegetarian source with no fillers, binderts etc.. and manufacture Neipers supplements using high quality ingredients. Check back with us soon. The products are still very effective. You can call Jacob at 713-476-0016 and he can fax you more information.

Thank you for the info and feetback. I just wanted to know if it possible to increase bone mass without taking medication. And if yes, then what would be the best protoccol to follow and where to find it. Should I talk to another doctor. They are definitely making me more depressed than I was before. I kept your phone number and I will call to follow up. I just thought maybe you have something to add on the subject which is worth trying beside taking Actonel. And it seems that all the supplements that I have been taking gave me some sort of bad reaction. I am being cautious at this point and want all the information I can get. Perhaps someone who has already been there and done that. Got good feedback and is happy with the results.
Let me know.

Ruthy Alon has devised a process called Bones for life which is an extension of Feldenkrais work and involves load bearing. I have to admit I am a UK trainer, but there is some interesting info on her .com site which you might find interesting.

The single greatest reason that men do not suffer from osteoporosis as frequently as women is that men tend to develop larger, denser bones. This means that they can lose more bone mass without suffering many of the ill effects that plague women. In addition, women undergo menopause and the rapid hormonal changes that accompany it. It appears that the rapid decline in estrogen can affect the cells that remodel bone tissue and, ultimately, increase bone loss. Men do undergo hormone changes, but these changes differ from the ones that women experience. As life expectancy continues to expand, we may see an increase in the rate of osteoporosis in men because of the gradual bone loss that they also experience.

Coffee acidifies the body causing calcium to come out of the bones to neutralize the acidity, resulting in bone loss.
