hi all -
i started taking oxy-powder last night, 4 pills to start with. (i weigh 178.)

this morning i woke up and felt dizzy and naseuous. by noon i had a severe headache (and i *never* get headaches) and felt very naseuous.

i've had two bm so far, and they came as predicted.

has anyone else experienced similar side effects? maybe i need to eat/drink more, i've already had 2L of water today.

It is very common for these symptoms to happen. Make sure you drink plenty of purified water and eat some fresh fruit and vegetables. It will most likely pass by the third day. Hang in there, you are experiencing a normal detoxification process.

Wink I also got headaches. I could barely eat for two days without vomiting. I was tired and dizzy, and this was only after my second night and 6 pills. I stopped for the 48 hours until I felt better and knew I wasn't dying Very Happy I will try again in about a day with maybe only two or three, we'll see. I already see yeast starting to exit the premises. I'm probably chock-full.

"I already see yeast starting to exit the premises"?? - how do you know if there's yeast present?
I've had headaches too - plus a general feeling of being hit by a truck and really bad bloating (looks like I'm 6 months pregnant). Has anyone else had symptoms like this?[/quote]

yeast looks like a creamy yellowish discharge, for women. It can be hardley noticeable until it either builds up over time, or increased discharge when it is cleasning out. When, for no reason, other than the nausia from oxypowder detox, it discharges in larger amounts, I'm assuming that the oxy is doing something good. Wink . I've heard men also can have this.

I am feeling much worse after taking the tablets. I took 6 tablets for a week and stopped about 3 weeks ago, I am still suffering from excessive bowel movements, foul-smelling urine (which i had when i was on the course) and also feeling nauseous and vomitting too! Despite Oxy Powder claims that there is no side effects of the pills, I'm pretty sure my suffering is a direct result of the tablets.

Cleansing often causes a “healing crisis” or detoxification reaction in many people that can mirror the symptoms that you describe. However, Oxy-Powder cannot continue to release oxygen and cleanse the body for three weeks after the last dose. It continues to release oxygen for 18 hours or possibly longer, but any effects will begin to wear off within a day or two of the last time that it is taken. This is the reason that a regular maintenance dose is recommended for continued cleansing. Any food or supplement that is consumed will be used and eliminated from the body in a relatively short period of time, depending on the specific constituents of the product consumed.

Without tests and examination, it is impossible to determine the cause of these symptoms. It sounds very similar to a bacterial/viral infection or possibly even some type of obstruction. I would strongly suggest trying a high-quality probiotic like Latero-flora and Silver Fuzion or Oxygenator. It is also very important to make sure that you are replacing any fluids and electrolytes lost in vomiting. If this condition persists, you should consult with a physician experienced in natural medicine that can determine the cause and offer some treatment options.
