I have a problem with my genitals. I have small, flesh-colored bumps on my penis (on the foreskin and the penis glans). I have it for about 6 or 7 years now. They are very similar to genital warts, but since I am 17 years old and I had never had a sexual intercourse, I doubt it is HPV, unless I got it in a non-sexual way?
I am a little embarrassed of my problem, so I haven`t visited a doctor yet.
Please, I need help... |

| It is possible that you may have genital warts as the result of HPV. It is possible for the virus to be passed to the child during birth or if you have had other direct contact with someone that was infected. It is also possible the bumps may be from some other cause. The only way to make a more positive determination is to visit with a doctor so that you can be examined. It is possible that he or she may not recommend any treatment if the bumps are not increasing in size, but it is better to be examined in order to rule out any more serious problem. |
