|
I just began taking oxy cleanse last night, around 5:45pm and I swear only an hour and a half later my stomach was gurgling and I was having those sensations mentioned about watery gas being passed. I took 6 pills, but is it normal for it to take affect that quickly?
And so far today I've only had two tiny BM. Should I raise the dosage in order to have more, or is my body still breaking down the pills and adjusting to it? Please help!

| First, I going to assume that you are taking Oxy-Powder; there is another cleanser that goes by Oxy Cleanse. It is not very unusual to feel a gurgling sensation within a few hours of taking the product, especially if it taken this early in the day. Most people take it close to bedtime and are unaware of this feeling unless they wake up. The frequency of your bowel movements is the more important determining factor in regards to dosage. If you only experienced 2 movements total, I would suggest increasing up to 8 capsules and then judge your response. If you did have a 3rd movement at some point during the day, I would stay at the 6-capsule dosage. The Oxy-Powder capsule is broken down very quickly; however, the powder should continue to release oxygen over many hours. This can result in bowel movements throughout the following day for some people whereas others experience the majority of their movements in the early part of the day. All in all, I believe that you are having a fairly normal reaction and should simply continue on your present path. |
