Dr,
I am thinking of doing a general cleansing during spring break, because it's the only time I'll be able to stay home. I can't spend too much money on it though, and so I was wondering if you could tell me if my plan is good (to cleanse and get rid of yeast):
I plan on using OxyPowder for a week
Combine it with Latero Flora
and eat organic vegetables, berries, beans, and few grains
What do you think? Should I take latero flora in the morning and oxy powder at night?
Thank you. |

| Your plan for a week-long cleanse sounds very reasonable. I would follow the schedule that you suggest: Oxy-Powder at night and Latero-flora in the morning. The diet should eliminate nearly all processed sugars and keep starches to a small part of the diet. Please keep in mind that it can take longer to try to bring the bowel back into a state of balance if there is a pronounced yeast overgrowth. This would likely require significantly more time and probably other products such as Silver Fuzion and Organic Oregano Oil in order to help regain balance. All in all, it sounds like you should have a good spring cleansing. |
