Cleansing can be used as a part of nearly any health regimen. Some people find that they do lose weight or that their current weight-loss strategy actually works more effectively. Cleansing helps to reduce the overall burden of toxins in the body, particularly in the colon, the liver/gallbladder, the kidney/bladder, the blood, and the lymphatic system. Most health-oriented practitioners find that some form of detoxification can be useful as part of a treatment protocol for many conditions. An excellent protocol for cleansing can be found at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html.

Regarding weight loss, I would highly recommend reading Dr. Group’s ebook, Weight Loss Secrets Revealed, www.ghchealth.com/weight-loss-ebook.php, and trying Slimirex, www.ghchealth.com/slimirex.php, an all-natural, non-stimulant formula to assist with weight reduction. A colon cleanse with Oxy-Powder is a great way to jump-start a weight loss routine.

I would never discourage anyone from speaking with his or her doctor regarding cleansing, especially if you currently take medication or suffer from some type of health condition. If you are currently healthy, consider cleansing a big step toward maintaining and safeguarding your health in the future.
