Directions:

LIFE Detox Patches™ come with adhesive patches for affixing them to the skin. Although LIFE Detox Patches™ can be safely used anywhere on the body, we recommend applying them to the soles of your feet before going to bed. If your body seems to be carrying an especially heavy toxic load, you can use two pads on each foot until the visible residue has lessened enough that you can rely on just one pad. Be advised—when you check in the mornings, your LIFE Detox Patches™ may be brown, moist, slightly sticky, and they may emit a foul odor.

Heavy Metals & Toxins Removed by LIFE Detox Foot Patches™

The results will vary from person to person based on their unique immune system strength, toxic load, and the efficiency of their eliminatory organs. Nonetheless, these are just signs of your body ridding itself of harmful waste and are to be expected. As the pads begin to lighten in color and become less "gooey" after successive use, you will be nearing the end of your detox session. While the cleansing process may take as long as a few months, many people begin noticing positive results and health improvement after just a few days. However, it is advised to continue using the pads now and then to help your body maintain its natural detoxification efforts.

How to Apply the Detox Foot Patch

	Remove foot patches and plaster from the air tight packaging
	Peel the backing paper off the center of the adhesive plaster as shown above. Leave the backing paper strips at either end for easier handling.
	Apply the LIFE Detox Patches to the center of the adhesive plaster. Ensure that the foil side faces down against the adhesive side of the plaster. The perforated paper side of the patch should touch the skin.
	Apply the LIFE Detox Patches and plaster to the ball, arch or heel of the foot. Position the plaster by holding on to the strips on both sides. This will make it easier to place the patches on the feet without the plaster sticking in the wrong place.
	Once the patch and plate are in position, carefully remove and discard the backing paper strips from each side of the adhesive paper.
	Smooth the plaster on the foot, ensuring the plaster is tight. Remove and discard used LIFE Detox Patches the next morning or after eight hours. Wash your feet thoroughly.

USEFUL TIP
The more surface that the patches touch, the better the absorption and the result will be. It is recommended to cover the foot patches and plasters with a light sock to avoid accidentally displacement during the night. Drink purified water when using foot patches to help flush toxins through the body. At least 1-2 liters of purified water is recommended.

Other Suggested Uses for Detox Foot Patches

1. Apply patches to other parts of the body prior to going to bed, remove the next morning.
2. Attach from one to maximum of six patches on the body at any one time.
3. Place patch foil side down on self-adhesive plaster and attach to body.
4. Drink plenty of purified water to assist in detoxification.

Important Instructions

Do not use more than six patches at any one time. For detox, it is recommended to use one patch on the sole of each foot. For pain reduction, It is recommended using one patch on each foot corresponding to the area on the diagram and the other on the painful joint/area. LIFE Detox Foot Patches Should be left in place for eight hours or until the patch becomes discoloured and damp. DO NOT place LIFE Detox Foot Patches directly over the eyes or on open cuts.
