Steps for Performing your Liver & Gallbladder Cleansing

• Step 1: Fill out the General Health Questionnaire to determine your current health status
• Step 2: Read Full Instructions & Information about Liver & Gallbladder Cleansing
• Step 3: Perform your first Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse - Rest for 5-10 days
• Step 4: Perform your second Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse - Rest for 5-10 days
• Step 5: Perform your third Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse
• Step 6: Fill out the General Health Questionnaire again to chart improvements from cleansing

I suggest waiting 5 to 10 days before repeating each Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse, but this depends on your body's response to the cleansing process. If your body responds rapidly to the cleanse and you feel great the day after you finish, wait 5 days before starting the next Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse. If you are still detoxifying and do not feel 100%, wait at least 10 days before starting the next Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse.

Is this Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse Kit right for me?

This kit was designed by Dr. Group for individuals that are serious about their health and want a deep cleansing of the liver and gallbladder. It is extremely effective for people suffering from a wide variety of negative health symptoms. To achieve maximum health benefits, I suggest you continue cleansing your body after you have completed these three Liver & Gallbladder cleanses with regular intestinal cleansing (2-3x weekly with Oxy-Powder®) and performing a Harmful Organism Cleanse and a Chemical & Heavy Metals Cleanse.

NOTE: Detoxifying the body is a big step in the right direction, but it must be coupled with an active effort to start avoiding or eliminating your exposure to heavy metals, chemicals and environmental and toxins on a daily basis. Are three Liver & Gallbladder Cleanses really enough?

I used to believe one Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse was sufficient, but after reviewing thousands of cases, I realized a minimum of 3 and sometimes up to 20 Liver & Gallbladder Cleanses are required to effectively detoxify the liver and gallbladder, and activate the body's self-healing power. Of course this all depends on your current health status.

What do I do after I finish my Liver & Gallbladder Cleansing?

Hopefully you feel much better, look younger and have more energy after completing this cleanse. I suggest at this point you compare your original health questionnaire that you filled out before starting this cleanse, to the questionnaire you filled out after completion. See how many of your original health concerns or symptoms have gone away. If you do not have at least a 25% improvement in your health then I would continue with intestinal, liver & gallbladder, harmful organism, and chemical & heavy metal cleansing until your health symptoms improve.
