As much as we have to look after our own insides, we have to also take care of the insides of our houses, because, if nothing else, that’s where we live, and if we’re to stay healthy, we should live in a clean and healthy environment.
In my “Green Living” cleanse program, I talk about the importance of purifying the air you breathe, water you drink and cleaning up your environment. The tips listed below go beyond the health benefits from a green living environment and focus on quick, easy and cheap things you can do to save money on your electricity bill, as well as help the environment at the same time.
1) Start Recycling

I would like to believe that everybody is recycling by now, but I know it’s not true. Recycling really is an easy thing to do. Save your plastic, aluminum and steel, and put it out by the curb in a separate container once a week or drop it off at the closest recycling facility. The long-term benefits of recycling should be all the motivation you need.

I would like to thank Debra Duncan and the team over at Great Day Houston, for taking the time to promote natural medicine on mainstream TV.
Yesterday, I was asked to do an interview live on the show for a segment pertaining to detoxification and colon cleansing, as well as talk about my new book, Health Begins in the Colon.
I am so glad that the word is finally getting out about natural medicine and the control over what the media says and broadcasts is slowly crashing down.
People like yourself are coming forward and demanding from the media shows on natural remedies and what they can do to clean up the environment and the media is listening for the first time in years. We can thank Oprah for pushing the limit! The grassroots campaign is finally working and we are all making progress with changing the world by creating a healthier and “GREEN” future for ourselves and children.

It seems as if the makers of vaccinations have no respect for human life - and the same is true for the government agencies that stand behind them in support of their propaganda. I have long been concerned by the way vaccinations are pushed on parents and the amount of vaccines administered these days to the poor children who have no choice in the matter.
With educational systems requiring vaccinations for admittance to schools, parents are feeling as if they are left with no other choice but to vaccinate their children. With the long term and negative effects of vaccinations still not completely understood and the effectiveness of many vaccinations still unproven, putting children at risk with vaccinations strikes me as a selfish and irresponsible tactic to make money. Lately, however, the vaccine pushers have really gone too far.
One of their latest actions really bothers me. It seems that the vaccine pushers are now trying to get pregnant women to get flu vaccinations during their 8th month of pregnancy in order to protect the newborn child from acquiring the flu. This is absolutely preposterous. Not only is this a false presentation of how vaccinations work, it also completely ignores the inherent risks associated with getting vaccinated.

Though its name might be a bit misleading, organic hemp milk is a perfectly legal, not to mention healthy, alternative for vegetarians or non vegetarians. Produced from the seeds of the hemp plant, this milk has only begun to be sold in the United States within the past few years.
One concern that people have about organic hemp milk is that it might contain some of the chemical THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is found in marijuana. Rest assured that this ingredient is not present or associated with hemp milk.
Another concern is that the hemp seeds must be imported since it’s currently not legal to grow the hemp plant in the US. Some hemp milk producers have to rely on obtaining hemp seeds from farmers in Canada or Europe, where the growth of hemp plants for oil or milk is perfectly legal.
