Organic Pita Chips

Perfect for dipping, these organic pita chips are a quick and easy snack that is healthy. Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients Needed:

  • 6 whole wheat organic pita bread pockets, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons organic olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add pita wedges and toss to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, shaking the pan halfway through cooking, about 10 to 15 minutes.
