Ingredients Needed:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add pita wedges and toss to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, shaking the pan halfway through cooking, about 10 to 15 minutes.
