Customer Information | Discounted Shipping | International Shipping | Tracking Our AddressGlobal Healing Center Customer InformationPlease understand that our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. With that in mind, please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing an order online. Our system is capable of retaining multiple addresses; although it will always select the default address for both shipping and billing. You will have the option of entering a new address or selecting one that has been previously entered when you are on the appropriate screen during the checkout process. It is the sole responsibility of the person placing the order to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order. Please call us directly at 1-800-476-0016 before placing your order if you have any questions. Below is a handy link to help you find additional address information: Discounted ShippingOur discounted shipping offer applies to any orders over $50 with a shipping address within the contiguous United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US territory. These orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Even if you qualify for discounted shipping, you will still have the option of choosing an expedited UPS option for a faster delivery time. The cost of Ground shipping is automatically deducted from any of these options so that you will still receive the same savings. Simply choose the option that you would like on the shipping page during our order process and the exact amount that you will be charged will be listed next to that option. Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
International ShippingIf you are outside of the USA and place your order directly through Global Healing Center, you may have to pay import duties and taxes once your order has entered your country. Packages are randomly chosen to be inspected when entering the Customs Department. When this happens you can incur duties and taxes. Please note that Global Healing Center has no control over these charges and does not benefit in anyway from tariffs, import duties, or taxes that you are charged. Global Healing Center will not be responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are incurred during delivery by your country's Customs Department. We strongly recommend that you choose UPS for your international shipping carrier. UPS offers expedited customs clearance and agents that work to facilitate the clearance process. Although no service can guarantee that all packages will reach their international destination, UPS service offers the most reliable service in this regard. In the event that a package is detained or refused at customs, Global Healing Center offers a full refund of the product less the total shipping charges, including any return charge. This refund is processed when the order is returned to our facility. Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to obtain the necessary governmental permission and documentation for approval as well as to verify all customs charges. Specific information can be located at UPS' website, www.ups.com, under Commodity Specific Regulations or by calling Global Healing Center. We cannot guarantee any United States Postal Service shipments because they can be held without reason once these packages reach your International Custom Department. Global Healing Center will not be responsible for orders shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please be aware that if you choose one of these options, Global Healing Center cannot replace any product lost or damaged in the shipping process and cannot refund any shipping charges. Any replacement orders will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and all charges including shipping will apply to the reshipment. Therefore, by placing an order you are accepting full responsibility for all additional charges that could occur upon receipt of order. If an order is refused and sent back to Global Healing Center with outstanding charges incurred during delivery, Global Healing Center will place all charges on the account and deduct the charges directly from the credited amount due to you for the return of product upon receipt of returned package. For future orders… We would like for you to be able to purchase our products without having to pay for high S&H, import duties, or taxes if your package is selected at your customs department. Tracking Your OrderOnce your order has shipped and UPS has generated a tracking number, you will be able to track your order online. Simply log in to your online account as if you were going to place an order, click on the My Account tab, select the order that you would like to track by clicking View, and press the Track Package(s) button. This will link with the UPS website for the most recent tracking information. Please note that international orders sent through USPS or drop-shipped orders cannot be tracked in this manner. If this is the case or if you have any shipping concerns, please call us at 1-800-476-0016 for assistance. Damaged or Lost PackagesAll damaged packages should be reported to GHC within 1 business day of receipt, as listed in the UPS tracking information. These packages will then be reported to UPS for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-476-0016 so that we can work with you and with UPS to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or other any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. Shipping MethodsWe do not require that UPS obtain a signature for our deliveries except under very special circumstances, i.e certain drop-ship orders for large, expensive goods. Typically, UPS will leave your package in a safe location if no one is available to receive it; however, it is ultimately up to the individual driver if he/she feels comfortable leaving the package without a signature. Any comments entered during the time of order will be printed on to the shipping sticker. These requests or instructions will be passed to the delivery driver, but we can offer no guarantee that they will be followed at the time of delivery. During the summer months, we highly recommend that O2-Zap, NutraCool®, Parfait Visage, and E3 Live cremes are shipped Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select, due to the extremely high temperatures. These products should be ordered at the beginning of the week in order to avoid any delays over the weekend. Shipping Time (Map)All of our orders are shipped out the next business day after the order is placed unless the order is placed prior to 9 AM CST. For example, an order that is placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, or an order that is placed Friday will ship on the following Monday. The shipping time begins the day after the order is actually shipped. This means that an order placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, and the first day in transit will be Wednesday. If this order was estimated to take three business days, it would arrive on Friday of the same week. Please remember that UPS does not count holidays or weekend days as business days. GHC reserves the right to occasionally alter our shipping practices in order to accommodate weather and special events as they arise. Multiple orders placed on the same day for the same account will automatically ship in one package. We will make exceptions for orders that are made on the same account to separate shipping addresses. Unusually large or suspicious orders, especially international of first-time orders, may be subject to verification. We take fraud prevention very seriously in order to prevent loss and discourage identity theft. As a precaution, we may hold or cancel orders if we are not able to reach you in a timely manner by email or phone. Please make sure that both your phone number and email are updated on each order for this reason. The UPS guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control including, but not limited to, the following: The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.
