Is the Starter Cleanse Kit right for me?

The Starter Cleanse Kit was designed by Dr. Group for individuals that are new to the cleansing process, have busy schedules or are simply looking for an easy-to-perform, cost effective cleanse program that does not require a strict raw-fruit diet or making and drinking a daily intestinal cleanser drink.

The Starter Cleanse Kit is not designed to fully and deeply cleanse the body of all built up toxic waste. It is extremely effective, but to achieve maximum health benefits, I suggest you continue cleansing your body after you have completed this starter cleanse with regular colon cleansing (2-3x weekly with the Oxy-Powder® dose you used during the 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse and performing a minimum of 2 additional Liver & Gallbladder Cleanses, a Harmful Organism Cleanse and a Heavy Metal & Chemical Cleanse.

What is the difference between the 7-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse and the 6-Day Advanced Oxygen Colon Cleanse?

Is one Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse really enough?

I used to believe one Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse was sufficient, but after reviewing thousands of cases, I realized a minimum of 3 and sometimes up to 20 Liver and Gallbladder Cleanses are required to effectively detoxify the liver and gallbladder and activate the body's self-healing power. I suggest waiting 5 to 10 days before repeating each Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse, but this depends on your body's response to the cleansing process. If your body responds rapidly to the starter cleanse and you feel great the day after you finish, wait 5 days before starting the next Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse. If you are still detoxifying and do not feel 100%, wait 10 days before starting the next Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse.

What do I do after I finish my Starter Cleansing Kit?

For best results, I recommend performing a second Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse after completing the Starter Cleanse.

After completing your second Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse, I recommend you start on a Harmful Organism Cleanse. This cleanse will take 6 weeks to complete and can be performed in conjunction with additional Liver & Gallbladder Cleanses and the Chemical & Heavy Metals Cleanse.

NOTE: Although I recommend performing the Harmful Organism Cleanse after the Oxygen Colon Cleanse and 2nd Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse, the Harmful Organism Cleanse can be performed by itself at any time.

After you have completed the third Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse and started on the Harmful Organism Cleanse, I recommend testing yourself with a heavy metal home test kit to see if you have any toxic metals which have accumulated in your body over the years. Then, perform the Heavy Metal & Chemical Cleanse to help flush out mercury, lead, cadmium, aluminum, pesticide residue and other toxic compounds from your body tissues and organs.

NOTE: Although I recommend performing the Heavy Metal & Chemical Cleanse after the Oxygen Colon Cleanse and 3rd Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse, this cleanse can be performed by itself at any time.

Before starting any cleansing program I recommend filling out a General Health Questionnaire. You may have a long list of symptoms you may not even know you have before cleansing, but these should slowly begin to disappear after repeated cleansing. I recommend filling out the health questionnaire multiple times after each Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse and after finishing the Harmful Organism Cleanse and Heavy Metal & Chemical Cleanse to chart your health progress.
